About the site

AI Compliance Kit is an independently maintained set of planning tools.

The tools help a small team turn an AI use case into a review record. They do not provide legal approval.

What the site produces

Users can create an AI inventory, preliminary risk classification, transparency notice, vendor questionnaire, internal policy draft, literacy plan, and a review workflow. Outputs stay editable so a product owner, compliance reviewer, or lawyer can correct the assumptions.

How information is maintained

Pages that discuss the EU AI Act link to European Commission or EUR-Lex material. Dates and source links were reviewed on September 9, 2026 after the AI Omnibus entered into force. Tool logic is tested with low-risk, transparency, and possible high-risk examples before release.

Limits

A browser questionnaire cannot settle jurisdiction, contractual duties, sector rules, or disputed legal definitions. High-impact uses in employment, education, credit, healthcare, biometrics, law enforcement, migration, or public services need qualified review.
